Responsibilities

Managing our CRM onboarding funnel for new partners, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all tasks needed for launch.
Be the SME on pre and post launch requirements for onboarding and appointing agencies within our partner distribution channels.
Monitor and address any potential issues or dependencies around specific agency partners as well as the processes involved to track our onboarding progress.
Fulfill any growth team requests for our current agency partners, such as general account updates, new state opportunities, and updates in our Clearcover agency portal.
Collaborate with our licensing team on agency appointment requests and relay any compliance updates to growth team stakeholders.
Contribute to reporting capabilities around our onboarding funnel and identify areas of improvement or simplification as we scale.
Become familiar with our agency partner channel success metrics, be comfortable analyzing data and trends in order to present possible action items to improve KPIs.
Serve as a support resource on recurring partner relationship calls as needed.

Required

You're flexible and can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
You're analytical. You have experience reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting data.
You're organized. You follow through on your commitments and have incredible attention to detail.
You’re a self starter. We need team members who will dive in with minimal supervision and direction.
You're patient. You are comfortable with constant change and prioritization tradeoffs that come with working at a startup.
You're an entrepreneur. You have experience growing and creating ideas, and you are confident when it comes to sharing your own ideas.
You’re technical and can easily learn and master new systems and navigate various process nuances.
You’re comfortable working with external partners and bring a polished and professional manner to partnership calls.
Proficient in MS Office products, Google Suite, Slack, CRM products, and ticket management systems.

Preferred

Familiarity with Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence) and Salesforce.
Experience in a startup environment.
Experience in an Operations role.
Some knowledge of insurance producer compliance.
