Responsibilities

Drive Acquisition and Reactivation: Develop and implement strategies to attract new players and re-engage existing ones, enhancing overall user growth.

Lead Social Media Channels: Oversee and manage Gym Class's owned social media platforms, driving cross-platform impressions through content that resonates with our community and reaches beyond it.

Accelerate Content Creator Program: Expand our community Content Creator program, providing support and resources to amplify the reach of existing creators, and attract new ones.

Spearhead Esports and Tournaments: Initiate and manage esports events and tournaments, fostering a competitive environment that encourages player participation and content generation.

Cross-Team Leadership: Establish a hypothesis-driven process and operational excellence for your squads across content and community.

Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of growth strategies using data analytics, adjusting approaches as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Required

6+ years of experience in growth marketing, or a related field within gaming or consumer technology, with a track record of driving user acquisition and engagement.

Ability to build deep understanding of a product and community, identify hypotheses, and iteratively execute programs to attract new players and re-engage existing ones.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, utilizing analytics tools to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and success metrics. Experience in developing and managing content creator programs, providing support and resources to amplify their reach and attract new creators.

Knowledge of the esports landscape, with experience in initiating and managing esports events and tournaments that foster competitive environments and content generation.

Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility, resourcefulness, and a passion for gaming, particularly within social sports games.
