Responsibilities
Drive marketing's North Star metric by increasing platform adoption through both product-led growth and sales-assisted channels
Craft and execute an SEO strategy that puts our client in front of the right developers at the right time
Lead paid media initiatives across technical platforms to generate qualified leads
Build authentic presence in developer communities (Reddit, HN, StackOverflow)
Collaborate on product launches that make waves in the developer ecosystem
Create compelling technical content that resonates with engineering teams

Required
3+ years in growth/marketing, particularly at B2B developer tools companies
Track record of converting technical audience interest into actionable leads
Strong technical writing abilities that demonstrate true understanding of developer pain points
Experience optimizing key metrics: SEO rankings, paid performance, conversion rates
Natural community builder who can engage developer forums authentically
Familiarity with cloud-native ecosystem and modern deployment practices
Bias for action - you spot problems and fix them without being asked
High attention to detail - when running critical infrastructure, precision matters
