Responsibilities
Design and manage the outreach system: Oversee all forms of outreach, including email, cold calls, direct mail, and more (no cold calling yourself).
Lead a team: Manage setters and assistants, ensuring top-notch performance.
Communicate results and bring new ideas for growth.

Required
Proven experience in cold outreach (setting, cold calling, email outreach etc)
Exceptional communication skills.
