Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to maximize ROI. Continuously analyze and refine campaigns to improve key metrics such as lead generation and conversion rates.
Collaborate with graphic designers to create high-converting landing pages in Framer or other landing page builders. Take ownership of the full implementation of landing pages, including building and deploying them to ensure they align with ad creatives and provide a seamless user experience that drives conversions.
Work with design teams to develop and test creative assets (ads, visuals, copy) for Meta and Google campaigns. Continuously test, optimize, and iterate on ad creatives for better performance and engagement.
Manage and optimize forms (using Default) to capture quality lead data, ensuring efficient data flow into HubSpot. Integrate landing pages and forms with HubSpot to streamline lead nurturing and conversion.
Manage integrations and automations in Zapier to ensure smooth data flow between platforms and efficient marketing workflows.
Create robust reporting and analytics within HubSpot to track campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and other key metrics. Use data to evaluate performance and inform strategic decisions.
Create presentations to update key internal stakeholders of marketing learnings and results.

Required
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS companies.
Proven experience managing paid media on Meta and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of conversion optimization, including landing page design, implementation, and A/B testing.
Proficiency in tools like Framer or similar landing page builders.
Experience with form creation and optimization.
Familiarity with HubSpot and integrating forms with CRMs using Zapier.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and iterate for improved results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Bonus: Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
