Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across various channels.
Manage internal campaigns and our outsourced vendors that are handling paid media, SEO content creation, and cold outreach.
Implement lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Run email marketing campaigns.
Manage the planning, promotion, and execution of webinars and workshops.
Coordinate promotions and sponsorships (think newsletter sponsorships, podcasts ads, etc).
Monitor and engage in Slack groups, leveraging cold messaging.
Develop and execute innovative lead generation tactics.
Build and manage attribution models to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and optimize for an efficient cost per lead.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and share insights with the leadership team.
Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified lead targets.
Collaborate with the Head of Growth to test and scale new marketing channels.
Grow into a leadership role as our marketing team expands.

Required
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record of driving lead generation and exceeding targets.
Skilled in analyzing marketing performance metrics, A/B testing and making data-driven decisions.
Understanding of paid media platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (we have a firm that handles paid media for us but extra points if you can personally build and manage campaigns).
Experience with Hubspot sales and marketing hubs - a plus if you have more extensive experience with Hubspot marketing and automation tools.
Experience managing external vendors and working across internal teams.
Ready to excel as a single-player contributor and transition into a leadership role as the team grows.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys experimenting with new marketing strategies.
