Responsibilities

Ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth on accounts under your purview
Create, maintain and execute on account plans across multiple media channels and Tinuiti solutions
Broaden and deepen client relationships with day-to-day points of contact
Develop deep understanding of the clients' key business and challenges
Clearly demonstrate to clients how the account strategy delivers on the business need, with a focus on results and measurement
Drive the development of cross-channel media plans
Arm the client with knowledge and expertise to speak confidently about the strategic direction where required
Maintain working knowledge of client verticals and channels
Deliver innovative thinking that inspires leading edge solutions and award-winning work
Collaborate with the Pod Leader to make allocation recommendations across media channels
Collaborate with the Pod Leader to identify opportunities to grow # of Tinuiti solutions
Pursue and close cross-sell opportunities

Required

Experience managing 7-9 figure accounts in a digital media agency environment
Proven track record of managing across multiple accounts and multiple media channels
Ability to build relationships with client decision makers
Knowledge of media channels, performance and KPIs
Track record of growing and retaining assigned accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfort interacting with and presenting with client stakeholders on a regular basis
