Responsibilities
Design and launch new experiments to further extend our referral program
Work with a dynamic cross-functional team to create new product features
Be responsible for channel goals while optimizing existing channel tactics
Leverage customer and data insights to identify opportunities for new segmentation strategies
Develop strategy and best practices for engaging user base across segments and cohorts
Track and analyze program performance, and identify opportunities for optimization

Required
4-6+ years experience as a growth marketer or operator in high-growth environments
An empathetic, customer-centric approach that keeps the customer experience at the center
Data-driven - loves to dig into the numbers and details to derive new insights and identify new opportunities
Thrives in a fast paced, high-growth startup environment and has launched experiments in these environments
Excited by the opportunity to own end to end initiatives, from high level strategy as well as roll-up the sleeves work to get things done
Proven track record of setting targets and creating a strategic framework to consistently meet them
Experienced in working with cross functional teams
Preferred
Experience with referral programs, B2B, and/or marketplaces
