Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve website and landing page performance.
Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels, including websites, email, and paid media.
Analyze user behavior through tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
Partner with design and development teams to create high-performing landing pages, funnels, and experiences that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with performance marketing, CRM, and product teams to align CRO efforts with broader acquisition and retention goals.
Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics, ensuring visibility into test results and optimization efforts.
Research and stay current on industry best practices, tools, and trends in growth marketing and conversion optimization.
Develop a roadmap for ongoing testing and optimization initiatives that drive incremental improvements and significant growth over time.
Identify quick-win opportunities for immediate impact while planning long-term improvements to user experience and conversion strategies.

Required
4+ years of experience B2C conversion rate optimization, growth marketing, or a related role
Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving measurable business outcomes through CRO initiatives.
Proficiency in testing and analytics tools such as Amplitude, VWO, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, user behavior insights, and statistical significance evaluation.
Excellent communication skills to present findings, recommendations, and results to stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with web design tools and CMS platforms such as Wordpress, and basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS.
Experience in subscription-based businesses or e-commerce environments.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing strategies to inform holistic growth initiatives.
Strong project management skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
