Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing, product, business development, and partner teams to execute campaigns, launches, and initiatives that increase awareness, consideration, and demand generation among IT and business decision-makers
Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, website content, blogs, and performance channels like Pmax, ensuring messaging resonates with both business and IT stakeholders
Define and track key digital media and marketing metrics (KPIs) to assess campaign performance
Collaborate with marketers across consumer teams, Pixel, and Workspace to develop campaigns and content that drive adoption of enterprise products

Required
5 years experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role
Exceptional writing and overall communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience in reporting and pulling data insights from campaign performance
Experience in managing web design, development, measurement and tagging
Experience with CRM email strategy and subscriber acquisition strategy (i.e. grow the database)
Experience in managing media agencies
Preferred
Experience marketing to IT Pro and business decision makers
Experience in B2B SaaS or device marketing
Familiarity with campaign media (e.g., Pmax, programmatic Google Ads, third party publishers) and media measurement (e.g., CPM, CPC, VCR)
Marketing attribution, measurement, and tracking for paid campaigns
Experience with Adobe Marketo
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs
Proven ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
Experience with email segmentation and taxonomy
