Responsibilities

Leads paid media strategies in partnership with Brand, Partner Marketing (B2C) and Platform (B2B) teams

Manages ongoing collaboration with media agencies

In partnership with media agency develops comprehensive testing schedules and implements rigorous frameworks to drive learnings

Assists campaign drivers with campaign optimizations and reporting alongside analytics

Drives shifts in paid media strategies based on experiment outcomes and progress to OKRs

Educate and influence executives through data-driven analysis of paid media campaigns and deep subject matter expertise

Required

7 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing role

Exposure to both B2C and B2B media planning and campaigns

An understanding of the intersection between media planning and creative development

Deep experience and understanding of marketing analytics

Data-first mindset

Strong communication ability - being able to clearly present learnings and recommendations at an executive level

Experience running paid ads across retail media networks as well as publishers, Meta, Google, Pinterest, and other digital marketing channels

Experience with MarTech tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager 360, and Looker

Preferred

Media agency experience or experience in an in-house media team is preferred, but not required
