Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute marketing campaigns that align with revenue goals.

Act as a hands-on marketer, writing copy, creating presentations, and developing impactful campaigns to drive demand.

Use Salesforce (SFDC) reporting to analyze data, deliver targeted insights, and optimize campaign performance.

Set up and manage marketing workflows in HubSpot and, ideally, Salesloft, ensuring seamless communication and lead nurturing.

Creatively find, create, and curate targeted lead lists by analyzing customer data, researching industry associations, and leveraging diverse information sources.

Guide and support a small internal marketing team to deploy digital campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.

Work closely with sales teams to ensure leads are served with the right messaging and handoffs are seamless.

Analyze data from SFDC, HubSpot, and other tools to track campaign effectiveness, inform decisions, and measure ROI.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to continuously refine messaging and programs.
