Responsibilities
Set and execute the growth strategy for districts, including understanding the customer lifecycle and segmenting customer data.
Own the district growth machine by building lifecycle marketing programs and optimizing performance through A/B testing.
Drive campaign excellence by partnering with various teams to develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage relationships with platform vendors and validate new marketing channels.
Contribute to product-led growth by collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams.
Maintain a clear line of sight on business impact driven by growth marketing programs and define goals for improvement on core growth metrics.

Required
5 years marketing experience in a hands-on growth or lifecycle marketing role, preferably with a SaaS company.
Results oriented: you have a deep understanding of growth marketing tactics and employ a test-and-learn approach to achieving outcomes. You've demonstrated success having directly managed user activation, engagement, and retention programs.
Customer-centric mindset: empathy for customer needs is central to your marketing philosophy, and you're a fierce user advocate.
Technical problem solver: you have extensive experience with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms (e.g. Braze, Iterable), and familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform. You rapidly learn and adopt new marketing technologies.
Excellent communicator: you're comfortable editing and writing effective copy for conversion and creative optimization.
Natural data-storyteller: you possess exceptional analytical skills - advanced spreadsheet and data visualization skills required; experience with SQL a plus.
Passionate about secure digital learning: you bring a strong interest in edtech, an affinity for audacious goals, and a creativity in tackling business opportunities
Collaborative cross-functional leader: you have experience setting goals on large complex projects and coordinating across diverse teams.
Preferred
Experience with conversion rate optimization
Knowledge of performance marketing, social media marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and SEO fundamentals
Experience working with and managing agencies and contractors
