Responsibilities

Conducting needs analysis and content creation for various marketing deliverables

Integrating products and services seamlessly in omnichannel sales processes

Managing Marketing Development Funds and/or budgets

Leading creative services team for traditional and digital marketing

Driving legal/compliance and client approval processes

Providing marketing support for client meetings, business reviews, and pitches

Developing content, campaigns, and communications for clients and prospects

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration, or other related field

4+ years relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research, and analytics.

2+ years consumer marketing experience including product positioning, promotions, campaigns, and sales across multiple channels

2+ years' experience working with clients/partners, exhibiting the ability to generate maximum return through effective marketing strategies and direction

Direct experience with developing, executing, and measuring successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns.

Experience with core marketing methodologies related to product positioning, branding, promotions, market research and sales support

Excellent people skills; ability to build relationships, navigate cross-functional teams and internal/external resources.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Comfortable working in matrixed environments.

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with complex and changing market dynamics.
