Responsibilities
You’ll be working directly with the CEO and C-suite execs to strategise, execute, and own our marketing strategy across all media platforms.
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (Tiktok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content tailored to our target audience, ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with the sales teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.

Required
2+ years of experience in social media marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven success in developing and executing social media and growth marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
