Responsibilities
Develop and execute a robust growth marketing strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, focusing on scaling customer volume and optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter/X, etc.
Identify, onboard, evaluate, and optimize new marketing channels to drive significant lead volume within target customer acquisition costs.
Create and maintain a dynamic library of creative concepts tailored to various buyer personas, improving customer engagement and retention.
Continuously analyze campaign data, design experiments, and adjust strategies to enhance overall performance and conversion rates across the funnel.
Improve middle-of-funnel conversion rates through messaging and tactics that optimize customer engagement and retention.
Ideate new growth opportunities for Marketing our EOR and Contractor products.
Execute on a variety of growth marketing campaigns, across paid media, email marketing, event marketing, and more.
Community building work with the Head of Content.

Required
Proven track record in managing growth campaigns and paid media in a high-growth startup environment, ideally 3-7 years of experience.
Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and familiar with the latest trends in digital advertising.
Data-driven thinking, capable of designing effective marketing experiments and understanding the nuances of campaign performance metrics.
Resilience, mission-aligned marketing that is motivated by the opportunity to drive significant business growth.
Upper-Intermediate English is a must, as you will be overseeing all of our English-language content production.
Communication skills, as we’re working with many people from all over the world, it’s important for us to communicate, quickly adapt, and relay information in different ways.
Time Management: you will need to be good at structuring your work day and tasks to make sure you accomplish all those things whilst maintaining the time-zone differences and a work-life balance.
Collaborative: we love to work together with all sorts of different people in all sorts of different places. Everyone’s opinion matters to get the job done.
Independent and autonomous: as we work, we’re naturally independent. As much as we’re connected you will also need to use your own initiative to solve problems and get answers; this also means reaching out to us to get help or confirm a solution.
Creativity: as in any startup’s Marketing team, you will need to get creative in how we scale our content efforts.
Attention to detail: since you’ll oversee how and where our content is published, you must be very attentive to reviewing drafts and publishing content.
Organization skills: will help you deal with many different projects.
