Responsibilities
Develop and execute proven and experimentally innovative demand generation strategies (subject to ROI goals), leveraging proven tactics to attract and engage prospective customers in the US higher education market - specifically, enrollment and admissions teams within colleges and universities.
Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and implement effective outbound and nurture strategies, using proven techniques that work in this sector.
Utilise data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimise marketing efforts for maximum ROI - in the US and beyond.
Leverage deep understanding of the US higher education sector, especially enrolment and admissions processes, to tailor marketing strategies and messaging for optimal resonance.
Contribute to growth initiatives in the US particularly, but adapting wherever possible from and for the rest of world markets, ensuring cultural relevance.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Industry Marketing on event strategy in the US, and be the ‘on ground’ person for event marketing execution in the US territory, ensuring that we drive brand awareness, generate leads and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the HE space.

Required
Demonstrable experience in growth marketing in the HE sector in the US
Demonstrated success in driving growth and achieving marketing objectives
Ability and willingness to roll-up your sleeves and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish, with a strong focus on results
Proven ability to analyse data, derive insights and use them to inform decision-making and optimise marketing strategies
In-depth understanding of the US higher education landscape, including enrollment trends, student personas, and key decision-makers. Experience working within enrollment and admissions teams is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present results to all levels of an organization
Ability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, Salesforce.com, Outreach and Hubspot
