Responsibilities

Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Create, run, and track campaigns across digital marketing channels, including organic and paid search, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
Produce high-quality content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos to attract and engage prospects.
Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility to improve organic rankings and drive inbound traffic.
Analyze key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing campaigns and improve results.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and support sales enablement efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Help refine messaging and brand to stand out in the project management marketplace.
Develop tracking mechanisms to report progress and support data-driven decision-making.

Required

5+ years of proven success in inbound marketing at B2B SaaS companies.
Deep hands-on experience with content marketing, including copywriting, SEO and web optimization.
Deep hands-on experience with growth marketing including but not limited to SEM, PPC, PPL, social media, and email marketing (true full-stack digital marketing).
You live and breathe growth marketing! You are so passionate about the craft that you are constantly exploring what’s new and applying it to your day-to-day to drive in-persona MQLs. That means you are as well versed in Generative AI as you are in navigating new LinkedIn algorithms for content marketing.
Extensive experience with WordPress CMS, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience at companies marketing to Higher Education, Healthcare, Marketing agencies is a big plus.
