Responsibilities
Campaign Building, Optimization, and Strategy: Build and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various platforms. Implement comprehensive campaign strategies, create ad copy, participate in kickoff calls, and maintain automated marketing programs.
Ongoing Testing and Optimization: Manage and optimize campaign elements, conduct testing, analyze performance, and strategically allocate budgets.
Support and Reporting: Develop custom reporting dashboards, provide updates, and review campaign performance.
Key Outcomes: Increase platform performance, improve paid channel performance, and drive engagement and revenue.

Required
2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platforms.
Proactive, growth mindset. Aptitude for research and ready to learn.
Experience with ABM platforms like 6Sense, Terminus, DemandBase (6Sense is a plus).
Familiarity with tracking and automated marketing software like Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce or similar.
Strong understanding of in-channel optimization techniques and best practices.
Demonstrated passion for data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
Expertise in creating and managing detailed reports using tools like Tableau.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience in a Nonprofit Organization a plus
