Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, sales, product management, and others, to develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Drive efforts to ensure marketing plans are integrated with the overall company strategy and business goals.
Design and execute lead generation strategies targeting audiences in the K-12 education sector, driving measurable growth.
Focus on audience segmentation, pipeline development, and maximizing lead conversions for targeted customer groups.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of TeacherLists’ brand, product offerings, and customer personas to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
Create compelling content for multiple channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to boost brand awareness and re-engage existing customers.
Utilize HubSpot to analyze customer data, track interactions, and implement targeted communication strategies for improved lead nurturing and conversion.
Identify and integrate new marketing trends and strategies to optimize growth, segmentation, and audience engagement.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and data to provide actionable insights, ensuring continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
Develop and refine customer journey maps to ensure a seamless experience from awareness to conversion.
Develop strategies for customer retention, including re-engagement campaigns to encourage repeat usage.
Work closely with external partners (e.g., schools, districts, influencers) to explore co-marketing opportunities and new distribution channels.
Foster and managing relationships with industry influencers, education bloggers, and thought leaders to build brand credibility and extend reach.
Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
Regularly analyze competitors’ marketing campaigns, positioning, and messaging to inform our own strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with the sales team to create content, messaging, and tools that empower sales to convert leads into customers.
Align with customer support and business support teams to integrate customer feedback into marketing strategies and messaging.
Organize and promote virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, or conferences, to engage with the target audience.
Lead campaigns around major events to ensure maximum attendance and engagement.
Manage the marketing budget for campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive maximum growth with minimal spending.
Prioritize high-impact initiatives and track expenditures to stay within budget while achieving objectives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in campaign development and customer acquisition.
Expertise in using marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, with a preference for HubSpot.
Strong experience in developing audience personas, segmentation strategies, and sales pipeline development.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Creative thinker with a knack for bringing fresh perspectives, new ideas, and innovative solutions to the table.
Exceptional content writing skills with the ability to craft messages tailored to different audiences and inspire action.
Solid understanding of product marketing, sales campaign development, and optimization across multiple marketing channels.
Self-starter with strong communication and project management abilities.

Preferred

Previous experience in K-12 marketing is highly preferred.
