Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of RFP responses, from initial review to submission.
Analyze RFP requirements to ensure compliance and alignment with company offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (growth, client services, team leads, legal, marketing, etc.) to gather required content and approvals.
Develop and maintain a repository and templates to improve response times and accuracy.
Track and report on key metrics, including win rates and timelines.
Develop and maintain tools, processes, and systems to streamline sales operations.
Support pipeline management, forecasting, and data accuracy within Salesforce.
Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement best practices for the sales process.
Ensure alignment between RFP strategies and broader sales objectives.
Continuously improve the RFP response process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations based on RFP trends, feedback, and outcomes.
Identify opportunities to automate or optimize sales operations workflows.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales operations, RFP management.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot), proposal management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into compelling proposals.
Experience in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management skills.
