Responsibilities
Meet with stakeholders from business and product teams to understand metric, KPI, and reporting requirements, converting them into analytical solutions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
Analyze consumer behavior, campaign performance, and healthcare data to optimize marketing strategies and enhance patient, prescriber, vendor, and payor engagement.
Develop and manage digital campaigns across various channels, utilizing data analytics tools to generate actionable business insights.
Design and develop dashboards and reporting systems that visualize data effectively, ensuring insights are communicated clearly.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and operational needs.
Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.
Lead and execute growth projects, applying insights from market and healthcare data to drive business expansion.
Optimize sales operations and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Train staff on developing and presenting data reports to foster a culture of data literacy within the organization.
Conducting Exploratory Data Analyses to understand data distributions, identify outliers, and uncover patterns and trends.
Developing predictive models to forecast future trends, identify risk factors, and optimize decision-making.
Developing comprehensive reports to summarize findings, identify key trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Presenting data insights in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the audience's needs and understanding.
Communicating complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to a diverse audience, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Working closely with Vendor Management, Prescriber Engagement, Payor Management, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, digital marketing, or a similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience working with healthcare data analytics.
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python; experience with Snowflake/Databricks or similar cloud databases is preferred.
Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights effectively to management and stakeholders.
A growth mindset, with the ability to learn new skills and tools as the platform matures.
Preferred
Experience with Snowflake/Databricks or similar cloud databases.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
