Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential leads through online resources, databases, and industry tools.
Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and social media to introduce our services and qualify their interest.
Attend industry events to create market interest in our offering.
Maintain and update accurate records of leads in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the Growth team to understand ideal customer profiles and market opportunities.
Coordinate meetings and demos for the Growth team with qualified prospects.
Leverage company templates to prepare marketing materials used during prospect pitches.
Monitor and report pipeline performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead opportunities.

Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with potential leads and effectively present company offerings.
Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and persuade potential customers to take the next step.
Self starter and ability to work as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using lead generation tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to manage lead data efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of a proven track record of successful lead generation in a similar role.
Preferred
Familiarity with urology, endocrinology, and related markets.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
Lead generation experience within the healthcare industry, specifically targeting physicians and private practice groups.
