Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, using consumer insights and best practices in innovation.
Customer Insights : Conduct primary and secondary research to uncover customer needs, analyze competitors, and identify market opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to align product development and delivery with customer needs.
Documentation : Prepare key materials, such as meeting agendas, reports, emails, and client presentations, to support product development processes.
Meeting Facilitation : Lead internal and external meetings related to product development and ensure alignment across teams.
Project Management : Independently manage deadlines, prioritize competing demands, and maintain accountability for project timelines.

Required
At least 2+ years in product management or product lifecycle roles, including direct experience bringing new products to market.
3+ years of experience conducting qualitative research to derive actionable customer insights.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and actionable language.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A bias for action, particularly when conducting research or meeting tight deadlines.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Enthusiasm for learning and applying new research frameworks, such as Jobs-To-Be-Done.
Preferred
Master's or Ph.D. in a social sciences field, with a preference for Linguistics, Sociology, or Anthropology.
Portfolio of products that you have brought to market and/or entrepreneurial experience.
