Responsibilities
Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies tailored for Global System Integrators (GSI) to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and GSI partners by establishing clear communication channels, reporting structures, and governance frameworks, following up with key stakeholders to ensure forward momentum.
Analyze project performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement within the GSI ecosystem.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on developing and implementing standardized methodologies
Proven track record of working with Global System Integrators (GSI) or similar large-scale integration projects
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between internal teams and GSI partners
Experience in establishing and managing clear communication channels, reporting structures, and governance frameworks
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to follow up and ensure project momentum
Proficiency in analyzing project performance metrics and providing strategic insights to senior leadership
Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
Understanding of GSI ecosystems and the unique challenges and opportunities they present
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership
Proven experience in driving change and implementing best practices across diverse project environments
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Preferred
A Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
