Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing media campaigns to drive performance and reduce partner churn.
Work with internal teams to ensure campaign strategies align with overall marketing objectives and solicit internal and external feedback to influence product roadmap.
Equip sales teams with effective materials, including playbooks, case studies, and presentations, to articulate the value of our media and audience offerings.
Monitor and optimize towards KPIs for media campaigns
Serve as a central hub, collaborating with product, sales, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of media strategies.
Support alignment on goals, expectations, and timelines.

Required

5 years of experience in digital strategy, analytics, or sales enablement
Experience in media planning, buying, or performance analysis, with knowledge of digital channels (e.g., programmatic, social, search)
Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter with great attention to detail
Proficiency with analytics tools and the ability to work with data teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and reports for sales and client discussions.
SQL proficiency to support data extraction and analysis for audience segmentation and campaign measurement
Experience in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of the Ad Tech and Media Agency landscape
Proficient in data analysis and familiar with performance metrics that drive media and audience strategies. Able to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Demonstrates flexibility and a willingness to adjust strategies based on market trends, client needs, and feedback
Experience working with sales teams or in a sales support role, with strong skills in creating and presenting client-facing materials.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Preferred

Familiarity with retail media networks and agency environments, understanding both internal and external partner dynamics.
Experience with CRM or other sales enablement tools.
