Responsibilities

Manage and oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines using tools like Smartsheet

Provide weekly status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigations

Facilitate meetings and calls, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams

Collaborate with team members to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones

Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives

Identify and resolve project issues and challenges promptly

Required

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a cross-functional environment

Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

Experience in preparing and delivering detailed status reports

PowerPoint - slide deck creation experience

Experience working on operational projects, ideally in Customer Success, Go-To-Market or Product areas

Experience working in the SaaS industry
