Responsibilities
Identify potential interviewees who can provide valuable insights on DEI topics, ensuring a diverse range of voices and backgrounds.
Establish initial contact and build rapport with potential interviewees, understanding their perspectives and ensuring their comfort and willingness to share their stories.
Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a comfortable environment for open and candid conversations.
Collaborate with our editorial team to translate interviews into compelling articles, ensuring accurate representation of interviewees' perspectives.
Engage with interviewees post-publication to gather feedback and ensure their perspectives are represented accurately and respectfully.

Required
Strong research skills with an ability to identify relevant and diverse voices in the DEI space.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred
Prior experience in community outreach, journalism, or DEI-related roles.
Familiarity with public outreach platforms.
