Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for upselling among existing customers and prepare an outreach strategy in order to maximize adoption of premium features.
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges, and showcase how premium features can help to achieve their business goals.
Conduct outbound campaigns (email, cold-calling) to clients and deliver tailored demos.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Guesty Lite’s product offerings and premium features; be able to effectively communicate the functionalities and value proposition to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business, community and product, to execute promotional initiatives such as win-back campaigns, webinars and events.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, driving significant revenue growth for Guesty Lite.

Required
2-4 years of experience in a SaaS company, with a proven track record in sales, business development, sales development or customer relationships that included upselling
Strong understanding of consultative sales methods, including the ability to engage existing clients, build rapport, and close deals effectively
Proactive and self-driven with a 'go-getter' mentality; able to build an own sales pipeline via outbound methods
Ability to explain complex product features in a simple and compelling manner
Results-driven, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred
Previous experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry - advantage
Spanish - advantage
