Responsibilities

Leading an end-to-end implementation of InsuranceNow

Design and Develop changes to InsuranceNow and other impacted subsystems

Learn and comply with code quality guideline, ensure timely delivery of error-free code.

Identify and communicate risks and issues.

Provide technical mitigation approaches, escalate potential schedule delays, scope creep, quality concerns etc.

Required

3+ years’ experience on Guidewire development including InsuranceNow

Experience in InsuranceNow product

Hands-On experience leading an end-to-end implementation of InsuranceNow

Expert knowledge of InsuranceNow

Minimum 3+ years of InsuranceNow configuration and customization, development experience

Knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance concepts and business processes

Ability to design and develop custom plug-ins, APIs, and integrations

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Guidewire or InsuranceNow certifications

Preferred

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
