Responsibilities

Experience with High-Speed Network Interfaces (10G/25G/100G/400G)
Must have experience with high-speed SERDES (>=25G) system design, signal integrity issues, and power distribution techniques
Experience with Network Switches and Routers
Demonstrated experience working with ODMs and overseas multi-functional teams
Ability to interface with other cross-functional teams, including CAD, FPGA, Power, Mechanical, Signal integrity, and Manufacturing teams
Hands-on board design knowledge, familiar with design tools including Cadence Concept, and Allegro
Experience with lab bring up and design validation
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Required

BSEE or BS in Computer/Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of related experience or MSEE with 6+ years of related experience
Experience with High-Speed Network Interfaces (10G/25G/100G/400G)
Must have experience with high-speed SERDES (>=25G) system design, signal integrity issues, and power distribution techniques
Experience with Network Switches and Routers
Demonstrated experience working with ODMs and overseas multi-functional teams
Ability to interface with other cross-functional teams, including CAD, FPGA, Power, Mechanical, Signal integrity and Manufacturing teams

Board design skill sets required
Working on schematic capture
Brought up board in the lab
Signal capture tools
Troubleshoot if a board is not working
Use diagnostic software to bring up a board
Comfortable with lab equipment

Preferred

2-5 years experience in the similar field is preferred
Verilog
Perl Scripting
CAD Tools
Familiar to drawn diagnostics software on board and follow diagnose
Basic troubleshooting
Concert RCAD
Some familiarity with board
