Responsibilities
Lead the integration and delivery of SSD from OEM suppliers and support the development of automated monitoring and failure analysis services.
Collaborate with internal development teams and external OEM SSD drive suppliers to deliver innovative storage products with industry-leading performance and quality.
Establish strategic vision and drive execution in defining and delivering new products and services.
Work closely with other AWS software teams to tailor and operate storage solutions for the AWS environment.

Required
3+ years of experience in SSD-related design & qualification.
Experience with system integration and operation of SSDs.
Experience with technical problem solving & root cause/debug
Preferred
Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
5+ years of experience in SSD related design, debug & qualification
Proficient coding, scripting and debug abilities
Expertise in server technologies such as, thermal, mechanical, power, and signal integrity.
Experience in developing technical documentation such as functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
