Responsibilities

Manage third-party IP vendors, including evaluating roadmaps, expertise, and making selection recommendations.

Review and initiate NDAs, SOWs, and license agreements with vendors.

Track and manage vendor deliverables, schedules, and documentation.

Coordinate technical discussions between design teams and vendors.

Oversee vendor IP installations on centralized IP servers in collaboration with the HPC-IT team.

Ensure appropriate design team access to licensed IP and permissions management.

Support IP sign-off and post-turnover (TO) maintenance activities.

Assist with special requests or escalations in collaboration with design team representatives.

Develop and maintain SoC project IP tracking lists and provide regular status updates.

Document vendor escalation paths and manage errata distribution via tools like Jira.

Collaborate with design and IT teams to support seamless integration of vendor IP.

Maintain SharePoint sites for documentation and information sharing.

Act as the primary liaison between internal design teams, IT teams, and vendors.

Foster relationships with vendors to ensure consistent communication and deliverable quality.

Required

Strong knowledge of ASIC design, system design, and hardware design.

Experience with third-party IP vendor management.

Familiarity with centralized IP servers, permission management, and IT workflows.

Experience with NDAs, SOWs, and license agreements.

Proficiency in tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

Self-management and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

5-7 years of experience in hardware engineering, ASIC design, or technical program management.

Hands-on design experience in hardware, systems, or ASIC environments is a plus.

Experience managing vendor relationships and supporting large cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

JIRA for issue tracking and errata distribution (preferred).

SharePoint for documentation and collaboration (preferred).

Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication.
