Responsibilities
Obtain and track Vendors roadmaps, vendor IP and expertise evaluation, and recommend selection
Initiate or review Vendor license agreements, NDA’s, SOW’s
Special IP development or modification with vendors
Finalize, manage, and track Vendors deliverables and schedule, documentation, chaz reports
Work with HPC-IT team on installation of vendor deliverables to centralized Vendor IP server location and push notification to appropriate design teams on completion of deliverables installation
Work with HPC-IT team on ensuring appropriate design team access to licensed IP stored on IP server (permission allowed only to the design teams with valid licenses)
Manage and track Vendors errata distribution and follow up with design team (Jira)
Document Vendors escalation paths, special requests handling
Arrange and/or participate in technical discussions with vendors (managed by design team reps, IP team involved)
Support and follow up for the special cases (normal cases to be managed by design team)
SoC Project IP tracking list creation and status updates
IP TO sign-off support
Post TO project support and IP maintenance
SharePoint maintenance for sites related to 3rd party IP

Required
3rd party IP vendor management
