Responsibilities
Oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle HCM benefits module pertaining to benefits administration.
Lead all configuration updates of the benefits module including plans, programs, options, rates, and life events related to the University’s health, wellness, and retirement benefits.
Monitor and maintain system configurations, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to bolster functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
Work with the vendor to resolve technical issues and monitor retirement regulations such as 403b, 401a in coordination with the benefits retirement team.
Configure benefits within Oracle HCM with meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of the University’s benefits offerings and the capabilities of the Oracle system.

Required
Experience as a benefits analyst preferably working with Oracle HCM
Experience implementing & supporting Oracle HCM modules, with focus on benefits administration
Strong technical proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, including config, data mgmt, & familiarity with fast formulas
Knowledge of benefits regulations & compliance requirements (ACA, HIPAA, etc)
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Proficient knowledge of IT
Preferred
Oracle HCM Cloud or related certification
HR functional background
