Responsibilities
Establish and Lead the Analytics Department:
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of analysts by recruiting top talent, fostering professional growth, and creating a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement department processes that align with company objectives, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability as the team and company grow.
Set team goals and performance metrics, regularly assessing progress to drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
Provide strategic guidance and support to team members on complex analytical projects, facilitating skill development in areas like advanced data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
Cross-Functional Support:
Serve as the primary analytical resource for internal departments.
Collaborate with Research, Software Engineering, Business Development, Compliance, and other teams to identify needs and provide solutions.
System Analysis and Problem Solving:
Conduct comprehensive system analysis on exchange technological stacks and other relevant platforms.
Address and solve novel problems arising from interactions with brokers, exchanges, regulators, and other third parties.
External Interaction Management:
Liaise with external partners to understand and analyze their systems, requirements, and protocols.
Navigate regulatory environments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Communication, Presentation, and Documentation:
Translate complex technical findings into clear, understandable insights or documentation for non-technical audiences.
Effectively present results to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Foster Positive Working Relationships:
Provide exceptional support and service to internal teams.
Adapt communication styles to effectively interact with colleagues who have diverse personalities and communication preferences.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role and 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of building, managing and mentoring successful teams.
Experience in system analysis and problem-solving in complex technological environments with a focus on team collaboration and cross-functional communication.
Proficiency in Python, familiarity with other programming languages and data analysis tools is a plus.
Strong understanding and knowledge of exchange technologies, market structures, trading systems, regulatory compliance and industry standards.
Team leadership abilities, including experience in setting team goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting professional growth.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
