Responsibilities
Lead our brand positioning to deliver competitive advantage, keeping our brand famous in the industry.
Act as a brand guardian who promotes and positions the brand’s value proposition – while ensuring consistency and high-quality delivery
Build bold and clear campaign strategies and plans that tell our brand story, but also deliver new customer acquisition, and leads to drive growth
Foster and leverage relationships with cross-functional team members, collaborators, and marketing channel leaders to ensure a coordinated, integrated brand approach
Pioneer budget management, management efforts, reporting and analysis techniques, and optimization initiatives
Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally

Required
Proven senior leadership experience in the marketing space across various channels, including above-the-line media, email, Direct mail, PR/Influencers/content, social media and PPC
Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and methodologies spanning across paid, owned, earned, and shared media channels
Previous success in building brand positioning and propositions
Strong, clear and positive people management and leadership, including exposure leading remote and geographically dispersed teams
A strong savvy of customer acquisition strategies within a competitive landscape
Validated collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
Knowledge across budget, project, and campaign management – with an ability to act both daring and strategic to achieve critically important goals
