Responsibilities

Lead capital raising efforts through equity and debt financing.
Support utility-scale renewable energy projects, including solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and green data centers.
Drive corporate development initiatives and manage M&A activities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure funding and investment opportunities.
Analyze market trends and financial data to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare and present financial models, investment proposals, and reports to senior management and investors.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in capital markets, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
Strong understanding of renewable energy projects and infrastructure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with corporate development and M&A activities.

Preferred

Experience with utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Previous experience in a high-demand, high-reliability environment.
