Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global channel and alliances strategy
Identify and establish partnerships with key players in the industry
Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company goals
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage partner relationships
Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of partnerships
Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in building and managing channel partnerships and alliances
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to drive partnerships aligned with business goals
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Ability to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry events
