Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite, providing insights on AI-driven product innovation and data strategy

Stay ahead of emerging technology trends in AI, machine learning, and data science, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to Addition Wealth

Drive the development and implementation of a robust data infrastructure to enable seamless data collection, integration, and analytics

Leverage data to build personalized experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction

Develop and oversee AI and machine learning models to optimize key business functions, including customer insights, operational efficiencies, and risk management

Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate AI solutions into new and existing offerings

Champion ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and maintaining user trust

Build and lead a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

Establish metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness and impact of AI and data initiatives across the organization

Represent Addition Wealth as a thought leader in AI and data, both internally and in external forums, conferences, and industry discussions
