Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define the data science vision, set the technical roadmap, and align it with broader business goals.
Architectural Excellence: Design and implement scalable, cloud-based data ecosystems, from raw data ingestion to production-grade ML deployments.
Innovative Analytics & ML: Oversee the development of advanced models, algorithms, and analytics frameworks to extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and ML engineers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Operational Integration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights directly inform strategic priorities and day-to-day operations.

Required
Several years of leadership in data science and ML, with hands-on experience designing end-to-end solutions.

Skilled at guiding technical teams and influencing non-technical leaders, ensuring alignment, buy-in, and measurable impact.
