Responsibilities
Develop the overall lead generation strategy
Run organic and paid campaigns designed to drive awareness and demand.
Collaborate with the team how to best reuse and distribute content
Help set up an initial reporting structure for funnel KPIs such as website visits, leads, and opportunities / free signups
Run virtual and in-person events
Monitor lead flow and conversion rates against targets and marketing investment
Rigorously measures the lead & customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust spending to maximize ROI
Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ marketing tactics to identify new opportunities
Create automated programs to nurture web traffic to become sales- ready leads
Measure campaign performance using analytics and feedback from the sales team
Maintain alignment with the sales team through timely and actionable communication and feedback sessions
Manage and maintain the teams’ pipeline of interested prospects.

Required
3-5+ years sales or related market/business experience.
Expertise with a wide variety of lead generation tactics, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, webinars and social media.
Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with the B2B sales process.
