Responsibilities

Develop, implement and iterate Oscar’s DE&I strategy and roadmap

Responsible for the Ideation and delivery of centralized programming that helps foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, including support of Oscar’s Employee Resource Groups (ERG);

Partner with leaders across the organization to help not only ensure our talent processes enable inclusive and equitable outcomes but also help Oscar achieve its goals

Collaborate with business leaders to ensure the diverse backgrounds and experiences at Oscar help inform the business strategy and impact the industry in ways that drive competitive advantage;

Design and build of Diversity function processes such as metrics, analytics, and reporting that can provide insights and direction to People team and company leaders; and

Lead a team as a player/coach who will divide and conquer to run down and successfully deliver various Diversity function priorities.

Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
