Responsibilities

Serve as a key financial advisor to the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving financial performance in alignment with company goals.

Develop and manage annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial models. Analyze key business metrics, provide insightful reporting, and support data-driven decision-making.

Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger management, month-end close, financial reporting, audit preparation, tax compliance, and internal controls.

Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Optimize cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes to support company growth and financial objectives.
