Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Progressive financial leadership, including experience in commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing
Deep knowledge of pricing, financial modeling, FP&A processes, ERP systems, and compliance frameworks (GAAP, SOX)
Proven ability to lead in complex, high-growth environments and deliver strategic and operational financial outcomes
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on actionable insights
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Strong planning and organization skills related to budgeting and planning
Proactively identifies potential issues and takes initiative to resolve or make recommendations
Possesses strong executive presence
