Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Progressive financial leadership and experience within the CDMO sector
Demonstrated ability to build financial functions from the ground up, driving strategic change and operational excellence
Strong ability to challenge and influence senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and constructive recommendations
Collaborative mindset with the ability to embed financial accountability across the organization
Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex ideas and driving action through financial insights
Preferred
MBA or CPA/CA certification
