Responsibilities
Drive early patient solutions strategic objectives by supporting fact-based decision making through data and analytics projects.
Ensure the advanced analytics function is involved in the right discussions with the right stakeholders.
Evolve the adoption and usage of secondary data and advanced analytics, demonstrating its impact.
Translate business questions into tangible solutions and outcomes.
Foster the ideation and creation of new analytics capabilities and models.
Lead a team of up to eight direct reports.
Collaborate with teams including new product planning, real world evidence, translational medicine, clinical trial operations and recruitment, and clinical strategy teams.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience bridging functional and technical teams.
Strong experience in early patient solutions within the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to interpret model results and identify potential model errors.
Creativity in solving business questions using disparate data sets.
Ability to tailor communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
Agile mindset with a love for test-and-learn approaches.
Preferred
Master’s or Doctorate degree in a quantitative area preferred.
