Responsibilities
Mature and strengthen our global Rewards strategy
Build and implement programs and corporate guidelines for Rewards (including compensation for senior executives, short and long term incentive programs job evaluation, salary structures, global mobility, pensions, insurance, health care)
Develop and implement a global job architecture
Manage global mobility
Develop, run, and govern job evaluation/grading
Support Pay-for-Performance concepts
Plan and complete annual global processes, such as Merit, Bonus, STI, LTI, and the Performance cycle.
Provide the organization with expertise, knowledge, strategic direction, mentorship, and support

Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, business or equivalent
+10 years work experience within the field of Compensation & Benefits, with several years leading an international team
Experience developing and implementing global Reward Programs based on a total compensation concept globally, including design and management of STI, LTI concepts (experience must include EMEA, APAC and United States)
Solid experience with executive remuneration concepts and reviews
Demonstrates strong leadership abilities by effectively guiding and motivating teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, and driving organizational goals through strategic decision-making and clear communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and collaborating with various stakeholders - must be fluent in English
Senior gravitas and an ability to engage and empower through transformation
Strong drive, energy, and passion, while maintaining a business focused mentality, with excellent judgment and integrity
Location in the United States in Eastern Standard Time or in Sweden
