Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Develop and execute the sales engineering strategy to support business goals and drive revenue growth
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify prospective customers, understand their technical requirements, and demonstrate how our products meet their needs
Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products
Work closely with the Product Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and represent the customer
Provide technical expertise, answer technical inquiries, and offer customer recommendations, acting as a trusted advisor
Execute Business Value Assessments / ROI calculations to anchor business value across stakeholders
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success

Required
8+ years of experience in sales engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in enterprise technology and SaaS.
Global experience strongly preferred.
Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, rolling up your sleeves to drive results while empowering and guiding the team to success.
Passionate about the sales aspect of the role, with a proven ability to drive up ASP and improve close rates by aligning technical expertise with business acumen.
Strong technical background with experience in AI, computer vision, and cloud technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills.
A customer-first attitude with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
Proven ability to build, lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence various teams within the organization.
Travel 10-25%.
