Responsibilities
Develop and implement growth and outreach strategies that support Encore's expansion roadmap and mission to deliver exceptional autism services.
Balance demand generation with effective talent acquisition, ensuring robust and timely staffing aligned with service expansion goals.
Leverage processes, strategies, and activities across demand and talent pipelines to maximize operational efficiency and impact.
Lead market analysis to identify target locations based on autism prevalence and community needs.
Cultivate referral partnerships and networks, including early intervention agencies, diagnostic centers, state autism organizations, and educational institutions.
Oversee outreach initiatives to build brand awareness, stimulate demand, and drive service utilization across target markets.
Oversee and optimize recruitment strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified clinicians and support staff.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to anticipate staffing needs, maintain optimal staffing ratios, and minimize time-to-hire.
Lead and mentor the Growth and Outreach team, setting performance standards and fostering a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
Work closely with clinical, operational, and marketing departments to align growth and recruitment efforts with company goals and patient needs.
Ensure seamless communication and integration across departments, supporting Encore’s holistic and personalized approach to autism care.

Required
Minimum of 5 years in growth leadership, business development, or talent acquisition, ideally within ABA or related healthcare services.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record in market expansion and staffing; exceptional team management, communication, and collaborative abilities.
Solid understanding of autism services, market development, and talent acquisition best practices; familiarity with ABA therapy and related clinical services is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Preferred
Master’s degree.
